Built to the same high quality of finish clients have come to expect from our market leading Pinelodges , the distinctive New England Collection from Pinelog has been inspired by the soft hues, pale timbers and traditional methods of construction found in this delightful part of North America

New England lodges feature a high cathedral ceiling with distinctive windows and glazed gables. These combine with large double glazed doors to two elevations to optimise natural light in the contemporary style interior, creating a spacious, airy atmosphere in the open plan living area.

These Pinelodges have gas central heating as standard and the stylish kitchens have been planned to accommodate a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

The bathroom is supplied with fitted furniture to give plenty of storage space with high quality sanitary ware and designer tiling. We provide contract quality waterproof flooring in these ‘wet’ areas for complete peace of mind.

The master bedroom features a generous walk-in wardrobe with space for bulky suitcases as well as clothes. Our unusual corner fireplace has even been designed with provision for TV and DVD equipment.

The optional soft furnishing package continues the contemporary theme but with a softness and echo of tradition that the New England style inspires.

Based on an insulated timber frame method of construction, New England Pinelodges are externally clad with Siberian larch sourced from sustainable forests. Due to its slow growth rate, this beautiful timber has an unusual durability for a softwood. Even unprotected, larch in an outdoors environment can last for up to100 years. By using Siberian larch as an external cladding for our Pinelodges the need to topcoat can be completely eradicated. In its natural state this is a truly maintenance free timber that over time will 'bleach-out' to a soft silvery hue.

Larch is also an excellent base for a low yield woodstain which can be either left to fade away naturally or maintained by periodic restaining. A range of colour options are available. Please ask for details.

To complete the low maintenance profile, windows and doors for the New England are supplied in high performance UPVC either white or woodgrain*. For the purists, standard softwood windows are also available - although these will require periodic painting.
